The Power of Your Subconscious Mind

The Power of Your Subconscious Mind

Hey Everyone. If you want some good free daily quotes to keep you motivated, I recommend Dr. Joseph Murphy’s daily inspirational quotes.

They’re free and the content is really good. For those who don’t who Joseph Murphy is, he was (he passed away in 1981) the author of the book The Power of Your Subconscious Mind (Revised)
. In the book, Murphy details how to go about using your subconscious mind to create the life you would like for yourself. As I tend to go on and on and on about the power of your subconscious mind, you can believe that I support Dr. Murphy’s work.

Here is his bio taken form Wikipedia:
“Murphy lectured and taught to hundreds of thousands of people all over the world for over fifty years on the powers of the subconscious mind and prosperity. Joseph Denis Murphy was born in Ballydehob, County Cork, Ireland on May 20, 1898. He was educated in Ireland and England. After being trained as a chemist, he emigrated to the United States, travelling in steerage on the steamship Cedric; he was inspected at Ellis Island on his arrival in April 1922. Years of research studying the world’s major religions convinced him that some great untapped power is within you and all of us.

Joseph Murphy’s most popular book is “The Power of Your Subconscious Mind”, which he described in simple terms how one can use one’s thoughts to change circumstances and to attain certain goals in life. Until today, this book still remains as the ‘guide book’ on the topic of using one’s subconscious mind to change one’s life. “The Power of Your Subconscious Mind” has been translated into 17 different languages. Joseph Murphy had a daily radio program and authored more than thirty books. Typically, his books are filled with stories after stories of how people who applied his method of prayer and imagination have achieved results in the most remarkable ways.

Murphy himself noted that, as a young man, he used his subconscious mind to completely heal himself of a skin cancer.

Dr. Murphy was Minister-Director of the Church of Divine Science in Los Angeles for 28 years, where his lectures were attended by over a thousand people almost every Sunday.”

Thank you so much for recommending this book. I’ve read a lot of similar type books over the years, saw programs in person and on TV & listened to audio, among other things. Don’t even know what made me get this book since I rarely read much of this type anymore since most is stuff I already read or can get from websites. I’m beyond grateful I did. Nothing has resonated as much as this book. I LOVE it & it’s completely changing my life permanently. If you knew how horrendous my life has been (despite my efforts), you would understand how much I needed a positive change. I’m wiping out the negative and focusing on the positive. Wish Joseph Murphy was around to thank him as well.

You’re VERY welcome NA and thank you for the comment. I’ve been getting so much criticism lately about one of articles, http://www.tonytellsall.com/want-a-better-body-do-this/, that it’s really refreshing right now to see that one is of help to someone.

And I too wish Joseph Murphy was around so I could say thanks. He really emphasizes the power we have in our lives.
