I Don’t Want

by Tony on July 1, 2009

I often get told by people that they’re not sure as to what they want from life or are having a hard time getting clear about it. Here’s an easy exercise that should help you decide on what you want. Grab a pen and paper and at the top of the page write “I Don’t Want” and proceed to list everything you don’t want in your life.

Most people have a VERY easy time listing what they don’t want. In fact, if I was to take someone who was confused about what they do want and asked them to name something they don’t want, they could probably spit out at least five things just off the top of their head.

Once you know what you don’t want, it’s very easy to know what you do. It’s just the opposite! It’s that simple.
