What You See Is What You Get

“One group of scientists tell us that about 87% of our impressions come through sight.” – taken from Suggest Therapy by Dr. Thurman Fleet.

I want to ask all of you to take some time right now to make your environment one that supports you. In your office, bedroom, living room, and even car, you can put up pictures or symbols from pleasant times you’ve experienced or would like to experience. For instance, I plan on going to Thailand soon so I am going to put up a picture that represents what Thailand would look like to me. This will accomplish a few things; 1) It’ll encourage me to begin saving money for my trip. 2) Every time I see the picture and get excited or feel good from it, through the Law of Attraction I will begin drawing people, situation, circumstances, and events into my life that are in alignment with my new vibration. & 3) This image of Thailand is going to get impressed upon my subconscious which will go about trying to create it in my life.

So put up what you would like to see! You can even take this whole process one step further by putting up a Vision Board of your ideal life. After you have your Vision Board or pictures up, spend a minute or two a day looking at them and imagining that you have them now. This will cause you to feel good while putting out a positive vibration to attract what you want. Also, as you begin to feed your subconscious mind these new images, it will go to work on making them a reality. So start now!

I’ve already started, but today I’m gonna add more things to my vision board.
